  4. Then, you’ll return here to confirm your purchase.

You can return an Undamaged’ item for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. We do not refund the shipping costs, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. The returned item must be in its original condition, with tracking information provided and packaging to be accepted.

For items damaged in shipment to you, it is important to take pictures of the packaging and the item to show the extent of the damage. An insurance claim will have to be submitted to the shipper for resolution, and these photos will help substantiate the damages for this claim. Please contact us via phone or email as soon as you discover any damages so we can begin this process as quickly as possible.
